No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you the service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, audit, or regulatory purposes.

Shepherd is a business tool not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Shepherd is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of Shepherd after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
